DAMAGES
The machine sustained damage as the result of a collapse of the drill head. The drill head was elevated to what appears to have been closest to its highest position which
would have been around 100 feet. The two feed cylinders which lifted the drill motor, and which are also
approximately 100 feet when telescoped, collapsed. The collapse of the feed cylinders caused the drill motor
to tear out of the derrick. The derrick was bent in several areas. The drill head crashed to the ground
bending the table and some of the drill rods.

ADDITIONAL SALVAGE INFORMATION
The lower engine went bad shortly after the accident and has since been reconditioned.
