From the owner: There is maintenance that is required which is sealing the edges of the roof/ due to weather. It wore off and causing minor damages which is in the master closet, just moisture which can be nail gunned back in. Also, when entering the unit, the floor is soft due to moisture and water from the seal. The slide out units works good just sometimes gets off the belt and has issues(had been checked out at RV World and put back in place). RV is ready for camping and still able to be used even of the minor repairs.
