FACTS OF LOSS: The loss notices states Insured Vehicle was driving in middle lane on I-15, five (5) miles away from delivery location, when it began to heavily rain. A flatbed truck in the right lane abruptly swerved in front of Insured Vehicle and to avoid collision Insured Driver veered into the left lane, causing trailer to lose control. The tractor and trailer rotated 180 degrees, tipped on side and slid a short distance into a utility pole where the pole made contact with the trailer, damaging the trailer and cargo.
