Cargo was involved in an accident. The cargo was rejected by the shipper and receiver as its original reason was to build cabinets. With the damage from the accident and transload, they are not able to utilize the lumber for its original purpose.

Inspection Notes:
Our appraiser observed the following during a visual inspection: cargo which is not on any pallets are not secured &/or banded together and lay loose on the bottom of the damaged dry van plate trailer. The majority of the load is not damaged other than certain scratches/gouge marks on some boards.
Please note: It is unclear whether the insured has the equipment to assist with load transfer. Kindly factor this into your bid, as you may need to provide equipment or coordinate with a local company for assistance.
