Summary of the damages from the appraisal: David Baker was operating a 2016 Kenworth tractor bearing VIN 1XKWD49X5GJ125879 and pulling a 1994 Stai trailer and hauling a load unknown liquid. While driving in transit the insured observed a herd of deer approaching the unit. To avoid a collision, he steered to the left, then attempted to correct the vehicle's position by steering back onto the roadway; however, he observed the trailer begin to overturn. As a result, both the tractor and trailer ultimately rolled over.
