Collision
HIDDEN DAMGES ARE POSSIBLE " UNIT SOLD AS IS'
Facts of loss (brief, rollover, front end collision, fire, etc.): Insured was traveling Eastbound approximately at 10:30 PM. He was coming up to a bend veering left and the truck hit some black ice. Truck would not steer. The back end of the truck started swinging out and the insured felt the back end of the trailer start to roll. The truck slid and fell over on its right side in the middle of the highway. No other vehicles or structures were damaged in the accident. The tractor, trailer and cargo were damaged in this incident.
