Unit does not run. 424 hours. Operator moved dozer to the platform adjacent to the edge of pond to allow the haul truck to dump. The area where the dozer rested gave way beneath the equipment. The operator jumped from the equipment to the adjacent bank. The dozer continued to track backward around the embankment to eventually come to rest in the water then shut off from being submerged. The equipment was pulled to dry land. THE ATTACHED ESTIMATE IS NOT COMPLETE
